Youth Athletic Development Program

Our Youth Athletic Development program focuses on performance training for young athletes. Training sessions will help your junior get faster, quicker, and stronger, as well as have more power and better endurance. It will also help prevent injuries and build confidence.

Each 1-hour session will include:

  • Warm-up
  • Movement training
  • Strength training
  • Conditioning
  • Cooldown

Sessions are open to male and female athletes of all sports and juniors looking to move more. Cedardale Coaching provides expert coaching and premium facilities.

Tracks offered:

FOUNDATION - Ages 9 - 13 

Training Sessions

Mon. + Wed. 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Tues. + Thurs.             3:30 - 4:30 pm
Friday 4:30 - 5:30 pm

 

FAST-TRACK - Ages 14 - 17

Training Sessions

Mon., Wed. + Fri  3:30 - 4:30 pm
Tues. + Thurs.   6:30 - 7:30 pm
