YOGA FOR WEIGHT CONTROL ----- EIGHT WEEKS TO LASTING CHANGE 
 This eight-week series brings balance into your plan for lasting weight control using specific Yoga postures that tone, strengthen and de-stress your body. We concentrate on the mind-body connection to help you stay on your path to lasting change and life long weight control. 
Each class begins with a short discussion on nutrition, healthy eating, and weight management outlined in a weekly handout. Our active Yoga sequence starts with breath work and a warm up followed by a calorie burning “aerobic” sun salutation series.  We cool down with a series of stretches to promote flexibility then close each class with a calming relaxation period and guided meditation to reduce stress.   

Never done yoga before?  Always wanted to try? Now would be a great time to
kick-start your plan for a slimmer, more toned body. All levels welcome.
      No previous Yoga experience needed.
