This new 1-hour class combines the best of two great workouts - interval training and foam rolling.

 

WHY WALK?             

This walking program uses intervals (short bursts of higher-intensity activity followed by lower intensity recovery periods), which is a more effective way to train and burn calories. Walking is a gentle, low-impact exercise that’s easy, free and available to everyone – here’s why walking rocks!!!!!
