TGIF - Tone & Roll
This one hour class combines the best of two great workouts - body sculpting and foam rolling!
TONE TIME - Barre and functional training will be used in tiny repetitious motions and pulses. We will target some of the biggest muscles in the body. These include the thighs, glutes, and core. Isometric movements will be used and are effective because you contract a specific muscle to the point of exhaustion, which leads to better stability and overall strength. You will also notice improved posture and flexibility.
FOAM ROLL TIME - This segment of our class includes lots of deep tissue rolling, and a variety of core challenges. By performing Self-Myofascial Release techniques on a simple foam roller, you can improve flexibility, function, performance, reduce injuries by massaging muscle, improving circulation and training intrinsic muscle groups.
