Certified Spinning Instructors are some of the most respected and marketable professionals in the fitness industry and becoming one is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3.

1. Take the 9-hour Orientation course. You’ll learn about:

·        Spinning program history, philosophy and cycling roots

·        Teaching a class from warm-up to cool-down stretches

·        Bike set-up and safety

·        Training participants of all levels

·        Selecting inspirational music

·        Breathing and relaxation

·        Coaching and motivation

·        The importance of heart rate monitors

·        Class design using Spinning Energy Zones^TM

2. Take up to a year to study your Spinning Instructor Manual by Johnny G.

3. Complete a simple assessment test online or mail it in. It’s that easy!

Spinning instructor training earns .8 ACE CECs / 8 AFAA CECs

Cost: $275 + $30.00 for Spinning Instructor Manual  (Course materials are sent in advance so register early.)
