We want you to stay strong with your workouts through the Summer so we have thrown down this challenge to get you earning those MEPS (MYZONE Effort Point System)and keep you sweating!
CHALLENGE:
Earn 1600 MEPs
Meet the Challenge of 1600 MEPs and earn yourself an entry into the prize draw.

Class Descriptions:
MYZONE Match Game
How well can you control your heart rate zones? In this fun class, the goal is to match to the assigned zones designed by your instructor. The person who is the most accurate will wini! Please be on time for this class. If you come late, you won't be included in the scoring.
300/600/900 Interval Class
The goal of this class is to earn a large amount of MEPS. Inervals of 300, 600, and 900 seconds will be integrated to get your heart rate up and earn those MEPS!
212 Degrees Class
What's your boiling point? In this intense, fun class, the goal is to find your peak intensity (aka, boiling point!) by building up your effort.
