Intro Classes: Spinning & Yoga
Curious about Spinning? How about Yoga? Always wanted to give them a try but not sure about jumping into a regular class? Here is your chance to give them a try.
Intro to Spinning
5:30 - 6:00 pm
The instructor will walk you through how to properly set up your bike and then go into a basic Spinning class. The instructor will discuss proper form on the bike and the different positions used. A great class for anyone who has been intimidated by Spinning but wants to see what it's all about!
Intro to Yoga
6:15 - 6:45 pm
This will be an introduction to the basics of yoga. The instructor will walk you through proper breathing techniques and basic yoga poses. The instructor will lead you through the poses, modifying for any injuries or limitations you may have. This is a good way to experience yoga if you have been hesitant to join a full class!
