Cedardale/GForce Multisport Triathlon Training Program

This program includes 7 group training sessions instructed by USAT Certified Coach Dan Graovac as well email access to Coach Dan throughout the full 8-weeks of the program.  To begin with each participant will have their individual training plan assessed by Coach Dan.  Dan will respond to training questions within 48 hours.  Space is limited to 25 athletes.  All participants will receive a FREE Cedardale/GForce Multisport swim cap.  Please register at www.gforcemultisport.com by May 11th or drop off application at the Cedardale Front Desk.  For more information please contact Dan Graovac at [email protected]  Coach Dan will be at Cedardale Saturday morning April 16th from 9 - 10 am for questions.

Training Schedule:
May 15 - Dynamic/Core strength training
May 22 - Bike mechanics followed by 15 - 20 mile ride
May 29 - Endurance Sports Nutrition
June 12 - Swim - wetsuit techniques followed by group swimming exercises
June 19 - Run session/endurance run theory followed by 3 - 6 mile run
June 26 - Transition planning/practice
June 30 - Athletes' choice (on Thursday night to avoid July 4th weekend)
