Mental Health Reset Program

Our Mental Health Reset program is all about putting yourself first—mentally, emotionally, and physically. We have developed a calendar with small, intentional activities for each day of May. These activities are designed to boost your mood, reduce stress, and support your overall well-being.

  • Complete Registration Form Below or Swing by Reception
    Calendars will be emailed to you or you can pick one of up at Reception.
    Keep in mind this calendar is simply a guideline. If a specific activity doesn't resonate with you on a certain day, feel free to switch it up! The most important part is showing up for yourself in a way that feels right.

  • Complete 20 out of the 31 activities and win a prize!
    We're operating on the honor system, so just do your best and be honest with your progress.

  • Return your completed calendar to the Reception desk by Monday, June 9th to claim your prize..

  • Weekly Emails
    To keep you motivated and inspired, we'll be sending out weekly Sunday emails through the month packed with tips, tricks, and ideas to help you complete that week's activities.
