Nutrition + Mental Wellness Workshop
Do you struggle with your relationship with food?
Do you often feel guilt or shame from what you eat?
Does your mental health often interfere with your eating habits and overall health?
Then join us for this exciting and interactive workshop with our very own Gail Picillo, yoga therapist and master level counselor, and Sam McCarthy, registered dietitian. Gail and Sam will be discussing the relationship between the foods we eat, gut health, and mental health. Walk away with strategies on managing emotional and stress eating, digestive issues, stress, and anxiety.
