Fitness Etiquette Reminders

• Please be sure to rerack your weights as others may not be able to unload your weight preventing them from using the equipment. 
• Please be sure to wipe down your equipment after use 
• Please be courteous and refrain from phone conversations while on equipment and while using the Sauna and Steam
• Taking pictures in the locker room, sauna or steam is not permitted. 
• Please be mindful of your time spent on weight equipment. We ask you to refrain from using your phone while tying up a piece of equipment.
• Be courteous and allow other members to work in.

The club is a shared space so please be mindful of how your behavior might impact those around you. We appreciate your cooperation on making Cedardale an enjoyable place for everyone.
