Pickleball Movement & Strength
This 45 minute class will increase your on court agility and help to prevent injuries to the Achilles, wrists, shoulders and knees. Training will be taught by Racquets Professional and Personal Trainer Scott Garcia.
Details:
45-minute classes offered twice per week
6-week sessions
Training held in the Cedardale Coaching space on second level of club next to the circuit weight machines
Focus on:
- lateral movement
- multidirectional acceleration/deceleration
- jump/land
- fall prevention
- injury prevention for Achilles, wrists, shoulders, and knees
Sessions:
FREE DEMO class on Monday, Oct. 7th at 8am
Session begins on Oct. 14th and runs through Nov. 18th
