HealthyLIVING Weight Loss Program 

Our 90-day program takes a comprehensive approach to weight loss. Led by our experienced Registered Dietitians, you will learn to the truth about nutrition, exercise, strees management, and sustainable lifestyle changes. 

HealthyLIVING is designed to help you manage chronic conditions such as: 

  • Overweight and Obesity
  • Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes
  • High Blood Pressure
  • High Cholesterol
  • Thyroid Conditions
  • Heart Disease

 

Each weekly meeting consists of a 1-hour discussion followed by a 1-hour group workout. Our engaging discussion topics include:

  • Mindful and Intuitive Eating
  • Debunking Nutrition Myths
  • Mastering the Balance of Carbohydrates, Protein, and Fats
  • Overcoming Challenges of Social, Holiday, and Restaurant Eating
    Guidance for Hormone Changes and Aging 
  • Behavior Change Modifications
  • Stress Management
  • Exercise for Weight Loss

 

We want you to have all the tools necessary for success. This is how we support you:

  • 12-weekly group sessions led by licensed Registered Dietitians
  • 4 Individual nutrition counseling sessions
  • 12-week customizable meal plan with access to thousands of recipes and grocery lists
  • Access to our nutrition app for food journaling, communication with your dietitian, scheduling, group chats and more!
  • Beginner level exercise guidance
  • Group camaraderie and support
