What makes Cedardale more than a gym is our focus on nutrition and wellness. With two Registered Dietitians on staff, we provide nutrition counseling that is non-judgemental and supportive. We deliver our nutrition services in various ways whether it be one-on-one, group or online. In addition, we offer wellness programs for all stages of life from prenatal right through active aging, educational opportunities that focus on injury prevention and healing, and mental wellbeing.
