Mary is our Member Services Director (and a 1983 health and fitness grad from Springfield College) and wants you to have the best experience possible at Cedardale!. She holds Instructor Certifications from ACE and Mad Dogg (Spinning) along with being an American Red Cross Instructor. Mary believes that being healthy isn't exactly complicated; it's just not that easy! Eating well, exercising, sleeping, hydrating ... it's all a part of a big puzzle. Some days the pieces fit and some days they don't - it's all about resetting as you go! Stay strong and positive and you'll get there. If you have questions -ask! If you have concerns - let's talk!
