Pickleball Movement & Strength

This 45 minute class will increase your on court agility and help to prevent injuries to the Achilles, wrists, shoulders and knees. Training will be taught by Racquets Professional and Personal Trainer Scott Garcia.

Focus on:

  • Injury prevention for joints and tendons to keep you on the court
  • Functional training movements to increase strength and mobility
  • Multidirectional acceleration/deceleration to cover more of the court
  • Lateral movement to to cut off opposing players' angles
  • Jumping and landing techniques to develop power and control

 

Session Dates: Mondays, Oct. 14th - Nov. 18th
