I’ve always had a passion for sports and fitness. After years of running, soccer and extreme skiing, I found Les Mills BODYPUMP and it was the perfect cross training program to compliment my other fitness passions. I immediately fell in love with the sense of community, encouragement and enthusiasm that the program cultivates while simultaneously helping each person achieve their individual fitness goals. I’ve been teaching BODYPUMP since 2013 and Les Mills CORE since 2015 across gyms in Maine, Arizona and now Massachusetts at the beautiful Cedardale Fitness Center. I truly believe in “Build your body; Build your character”. Teaching group fitness is truly rewarding when I get to be a part of transformation for so many who grow healthier, happier and more confident. When I’m not at the gym, I’m spending time with my husband, 15 year old son and 110lb yellow labrador “Baby O”.
