Maintain - Don't Gain Holiday Challenge

imgThe average American gains 1 -3 lbs during the holiday season and doesn't lose it.  Over 10 years, one could gain 10-30 lbs just from the holidays.  Don't be a statistic this year.  Join us for a weight maintenance challenge this holiday season.  In this program our Nutrition and Fitness departments will be offering education on how to effectively maintain your weight. Weigh ins will be held before Thanksgiving and after the New Year.  Don't worry we will still keep the holiday season fun and enjoyable!

  • Pre- and Post Weigh In
  • Weekly Nutrition and Fitness Goals + Tips
  • Weekly Support Group - Optional
  • Weekly Weigh Ins - Optional
  • Access to Nutrition App for meal journaling and group chats
  • Healthy Holiday Recipe Guide
  • Add-On 1-on-1 Nutrition Counseling with a Cedardale Register Dietitian - Optional

Challenge Nov 24th - Jan 2nd

Weigh Ins (drop-in)
Initial Monday, Nov 22nd |  4:30 pm - 5:30 pm  
Tuesday, Nov 23rd  |  7:00 am - 9:00 am  

  Final Monday, Jan 3rd  |  4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Tuesday, Jan 4th  |  7:00 am - 9:00 am

  Weekly Saturdays  |  10:00 am - 10:30 am

Support Group Saturdays  | 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Fees:

  • Maintain - Don't Gain Holiday Challenge $50
  • 1-on-1 Nutrition Counseling
    1 30-minute session $55
    2 30-minute sessions $100
    *Note:  Insurance may cover nutrition fees if medically qualified

PRIZE:

All participants that maintain their weight will be entered into a raffle for a MyZone Belt
