Hands On Yoga Workshop
Join Lynne and Elyse for Hands On, a unique 90-minute yoga workshop designed to help you experience a deeper connection to your body through hands-on adjustments. You'll be guided through a full yoga class with supportive adjustments to improve alignment, deepen stretches, and enhance your overall form.
In addition to hands-on adjustments, you'll learn simple self-massage techniques and engage in Qigong exercises for the hands and fingers to promote flexibility, relieve tension, and enhance overall hand function. You will also use a microhand roller to target hard-to-reach muscles and increase range of motion in your hands.
