About the Lecturers:

Rickey Silverman, PhD, is a Licensed Psychologist. His long and vaired career includes time as a school psychologist, Professor of Psychology teaching courses in Theories of Personality and Adolsecent Psychology and as a psychologist at Silverman and Associates. In his retirement he continues to facilitate a program in Derry, NH on anger and emotion management.

Bill Cashman spent 42 years in the federal government as an educator and a manager. Much of his work included providing civil rights training to military and civilian employees around the United States. Before leading training sessions, he needed to overcome his own anxiety about public speaking and joined Toastmasters International, the public speaking and leadership organization.  he holds the title of Distinguished Toastmaster, the organization's highest designation. In retirement Bill took up tennis and noticed the negative effects of performance anxiety in sports, in both himself and others. In trying to alleviate his own anxiety in that regard he studied up on sports psychology and anxiety and is ready to share his experience.
