As a personal trainer, my ultimate goal is to provide a well-rounded fitness approach for everyone I work with. I aim to empower individuals through strength training while emphasizing mental wellbeing and mindset. I believe that fitness is not only composed of physical strength and endurance, but also the ability to create sustainable, healthy habits.
Certified through NASM, I hope to provide individuals with confidence and tools that they can utilize to reach their goals and improve their overall health. I am committed to helping people stay motivated through personalized fitness plans and ongoing support.
I am currently continuing my education while majoring in psychology at UMass Lowell. After graduating, I plan on entering a Doctor of Physical Therapy program. With years of personal strength-training experience, I have a profound understanding of how exercise can transform lives.
