Fitness Foundations - NEW!
Fitness Foundations is a 4-session program designed to educate and guide Cedardale Members on the use of strength and cardio equipment, gym etiquette, warm-ups/cooldowns and performing functional training exercises. The program has been carefully crafted by our Coaching staff and will be delivered by certified personal trainers in a one-on-one setting. There will be guidance on how to construct a total body workout that's right for you!
Fees:
$299 which includes four 50-minute sessions with a certified Personal Trainer
Schedule:
Based on you and your trainer's availability
Expectations:
- Week 1 is more introductory in nature and may not include a full workout.
- Weeks 2-4 will include hands-on experience with cardio and strength equipment, as well functional training movements.
Outline:
Week 1 - Gym Etiquette, Proper Nutrition, and Recovery
Week 2 - Intro to Functional Training, Building Core Strength, Proper Warm-Ups, and Cardio Equipment + Education
Week 3 - Strength Equipment: Hoist and FreeMotion + Periodization
Week 4 - Functional Workouts: Free Weights + Periodization, Constructing a Total Body Workout
