Summer Group Ex Schedule Begins Saturday, June 1st
The Summer Group Exercise Schedule will begin on Saturday, June 1st. Below are additions, subtractions and adjustments.
- Two New Classes Added: Tues 5:30pm Bootcamp and Thursday 12:15 Express Stretch
- New Wed night spin instructor
- Wed Yoga and Wed night Yin Yoga both start 15 min earlier (5:15 and 6:30pm)
- New Thur 10:30am Barre Instructor
- Sat BP and Sun Barre are both changing to an hour (from 45)
- Removed Sat 11am Mobility and Sun 9:15am Spin for the summer.
