Are you struggling to find high protein breakfasts that fill you up but also fit your busy schedule? If this sounds familiar, then join us on Facebook Live this Friday at 3pm for a cooking demo with Registered Dietitian, Sam McCarthy. Sam will be putting together some quick and easy high protein breakfasts. You can also submit your nutrition questions during the Live event for Sam to answer.

Main Studio Closure |
Beginning Wednesday, March 5th at 12pm, the Main Studio will be closed for important safety repairs to the flooring. The studio will be closed through Friday, March 7th.

BETTER BALANCE for Life |
Who needs balance training? People who have suffered or are experiencing any of the following conditions: stroke, diabetes, neuropathy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, orthopedic and gait issues as well as general deconditioning. Our Better Balance for Life program is based on medical evidence that will improve balance, increase walking speed, decrease falls, improve sit to stand ability and enhance overall daily living activities. Program is open to Members and Non Members.

Youth Indoor Tennis Lessons |
Cedardale offers a progressive youth tennis program for juniors age 3 - 18 years old. Court size, balls, and racquets are modified for age and provide the quickest and most effective way to learn and enjoy the game.
