Week 1:
Gym Etiquette, Proper Nutrition, and Recovery
Week 2:
Proper Warm-Ups, Intro to Functional Training, Building Core Strength, and Cardio Equipment
Week 3:
Strength Equipment - Hoist and FreeMotion and introduction to Periodization
Week 4:
Functional Workouts: Free Weights and Periodization, Constructing a Total Body Workout
Expectations:
Week 1: Introductory in nature and may not include a full workout.
Weeks 2-4: Includes hands-on experience with cardio and strength equipment as well functional training movements.
Schedule: Based on you and your trainer's availability
Fees: $299 for 4 50-minute sessions
