Tennis Registration - High School Singles Ladder

If you have an account with Cedardale we will process your registration with your current card on file. If you do not have an account with Cedardale we will contact you shortly by phone to gather your form of payment and complete your registration. If you are currently enrolled in a Cedardale Tennis Program you will receive a 10% discount.

Full payment is required at time of registration. Cedardale reserves the right to use photos taken during lessons or programs for promotional purposes. If you wish that your child's photo not be used you must give a written request to the Tennis Director. By submitting this registration you agree to the above terms.
