If you do not have a card on file with Cedardale Health + Fitness you will be contacted to gather payment information and complete the registration process. Cedardale reserves the right to use photos taken during lessons or programs for promotional purposes. A written request to the Aquatic Director must be submitted if you do not want your photo to be used. By submitting this registration you agree to the above terms.
