Adult Swim Workout at Aquatic Center
Join Coach Brenda Hogan and Stacy Roberts for challenging workouts that will motivate you in the water. A different workout will be created for each time the group meets. The workouts will aim to:
- Build up your endurance
- Improve your stroke technique
This is a great way for you to vary your workouts by jumping in the pool! Triathletes looking to improve your swimming this if for you!

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00 - 10:00 am

Session 1 Sept 25 - Nov 2
Session 2 Nov 6 - Dec 14
Session 3 Jan 8 - Feb 15
Session 4 Mar 5 - April 15
Fees:
Cedarland Aquatic Members FREE
Non Members $120 / session
