Our goal is to show the lifelong health benefits of swimming and other aquatic related movements through a variety of programs and classes, including adult swimming lessons. Water activity allows many people to keep moving and be active despite mobility and health issues.
Our indoor pools - lap and warm water - are available for lap swimming or water walking the same hours as the club. There is a reservation system during the mornings hours. The remainder of the day will be first come, first serve. As of Sept 18th additional lap swimming times will be available at the Cedarland Aquatic Center located down the street from the main club.
