Customer service skills
A team player, self-starter, good at time management, and a good attitude willing to go the extra mile
Computer-savvy and comfortable learning and using CRM and other club-based softwares.
Driven to meet established sales goals and KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Role and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to sell memberships
Tasks include responding to digital, in-person and phone leads
Skilled at setting appointments from incoming leads and touring prospects based on needs analysis
Skilled at overcoming objections and closing sales
Sales process will include onboarding new members and post sale followup
Understand and effectively communicate all features and benefits of Cedardale’s products and services
Meet monthly and annual sales goals along with other KPIs
Must have at least 1-2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience preferably in Health and Wellness
Position is 30+ hours per week that requires a combination of days, nights, and weekends.
