DEMO Classes - Tai Chi & Qi-Yoga



Tai-Chi

This is a low impact Taoist martial arts practice initially performed with slow and graceful steps with distinct internal postures.  An evidence-based exercise Tai-Chi reduces high blood pressure and poor cholesterol levels, as well as increasing balance and reducing anxiety.  Many cultures around the world enjoy this fascinating art form.

Demo Classes: June 3, 7, 10 & 14

Intro Session: June 17  - July 12 (4 weeks)

Qi-Yoga

 

This class is an energy enhancing practice using specific Hatha yoga postures with monolithic breath control to complement the sensitivity of Qi (energy) cultivation.  It is highly beneficial for regulating the immune system and building endurance for longevity.
