Recipe of Month: ORANGE CARDAMOM OVERNIGHT OATS

Orange Cardamom Overnight Oats, a delightful and nutritious treat! We love this recipe because it's the perfect switch up recipe for overnight oats, not your basic strawberry / blueberry one (which are delicious and nutritious as well)! Plus, check out the nutritional benefits these overnight oats bring!
  • Fiber Power! Rolled oats are the star of the show here, and they're chock-full of fiber. This means you'll stay full and satisfied all morning long. No more mid-morning tummy rumbles!
  • Immune Support! Oranges bring a burst of vitamin C to the mix, helping to boost your immune system.
  • Heart Happy! The soluble fiber in oats, along with the healthy fats from nuts or seeds, can contribute to heart health by helping to lower cholesterol levels.
  • Spicy Goodness! Don't underestimate the power of cardamom! This fragrant spice doesn't just add a wonderful depth of flavor but also offers antioxidants and potential digestive benefits.
TIP: Get creative with your toppings! Chopped nuts, fresh orange slices, a drizzle of honey, and even a sprinkle of more cardamom can elevate your oats!
